Experience:
- Five years of recent and relevant healthcare experience in strategy, operations, process improvement, data analysis, research, architecture and design, or equivalent required.
- Able to be onsite for data collection for a week at a time to conduct interviews, focus groups, observations, etc.
- Experience with data analytics, with ability to identify appropriate tools and methods to analyze and visually communicate different types of business problems and associated data.
- Proficiency in searching and synthesizing information from external industry resources, databases, repositories, etc.
- Background in healthcare operations, lean and process improvement facilitation, and/or architecture and design preferred with the ability to apply insight from research, process improvement, and analytics to buildings and campuses. Experience conducting process improvement in healthcare environments preferred.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and Power BI required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Software, SurveyMonkey, and Tableau and/or other data and analytics tools preferred.
- Proficiency in simulation modeling preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, human factors, healthcare or business administration, design, design research, data science, analytics, or other related degree required.
- Master of Science in related field preferred.
