Experience
- Previous internship and/or relevant work experience in the architectural, engineering, or construction industry preferred.
- Experience with model coordination and knowledge of general constructability preferred.
- Availability during Flad's business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm is required. Must be able to work in the Madison office Tuesday through Thursday each week.
Software
- Intermediate Revit knowledge, having recently used for at least two years in academic and/or professional settings required. Makes edits to and works within established templates, standards, etc. Beginning to understand how firm projects are initially set up and how families are created. Expert Revit knowledge preferred.
- Experience using Revit for production of architectural documentation, including creation and setup of sheets to be plotted required.
- In-depth working knowledge of current Revit versions with emphasis on project setup required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, Dynamo, Grasshopper, and Navisworks preferred.
Education
- Two-year technical degree in architecture or related field required.
